Favorite Thing Learned

Tell about at least one favorite thing you learned this week in class. It can be specific, like a cool tip or trick you never knew about, or it can be more general, like a software program or an idea of how to integrate multimedia in the classroom. I would like to know what was most valuable from this class.

THANKS FOR EVERYONE's patience and willingness to try new things this week!

My favorite things are Garage Band and iMovie. I would really like to "borrow" a computer and really get to know the programs over the summer. I would like to use Garage Band to re-do many of my Listening activities that I have for my SpI & II classes.
P.S. Thanks for finding my camera plug-ins!

Everything was new, so I was overwhelmed. I am not patient, so waiting for help is not easy for me. (I know that is not news to you.) I guess if I have to pick one thing I enjoyed it would be the imovie. I wish before I started I had went to a site and got some tips on how to do it. Even though it imovie took me forever, I will cherish my video. I just hope my daughter feels the same.

My favorite thing was messing with iMovie. I seemed to "get it" quicker than the other things. I also felt like I got a lot better with power point.

I would have to say that working with the movie maker had to be the favorite thing that I learned this week. I not only learned how I can use it for my personal use, I saw ways that I can incorporate this into my classroom next year. I also learned a little more on photoshop elements.

Exploring new technology is frustrating, however is worth it in the long run. I enjoyed working the I Movie and Photoshop Elements. Even though I was frustrated while I was working with them the end product was worth it.
Thanks for the help, everyone!

Movie maker, because I can use it at West Holt. Also I got confirmation that we got a Mac at our school, so now I will be able to try some of the new "stuff." Another favorite, digital video of my family, I will be able to create shows for my family.

I enjoyed working with Photoshop Elements again. Even though it was kind of frustrating at times, I like my finished product and am using it as my desktop background.
I really like working with all of the programs. Some of them were review, and that was just what I needed. A class like this always gets me excited again to incorporate technology in to my classroom.

So many favorite, where to begin! I'm excited about the new version of Smart Notebook. Can't wait to download it. Also I think I will use powerpoint more often with my students now that I know how to import voice into the slides. The movies will be a great thing to do as an end of the year memory. I really enjoyed looking at the projects everyone made in class. Thanks for sharing!

I liked working with movie maker. I also liked creating game shows with power point. I learned so much new stuff. I just hope Greg leaves this computer in my room so I can keep working on these programs.

Movie maker was my favorite. They are so awesome to watch especially with the music and/or narration. Of course, the best part it that it is very user friendly!

Using movie maker was great. I have it on my computer and never knew about it. The photo shop is good to. Now I plan on trying to make a photo album! It will also be a good tool to use in class . i can have students use these programs for class projects and make class alittle more interesting.
